The Argentina customer 2x1mw Francis turbine generators have completed production testing and packaging, and will deliver the goods in the near future. These turbines are the fifth hydroelectric unit that we recently commemorated in Argentina. The device can also be used for commercial purposes. The power produced by the generator set is mainly used for the customer’s own large beef processing base, and the excess power is provided to the surrounding residents and the national household electrical appliance network.
For these 1000 KW Francis turbine generators, the weight of the turbine generator set is 22 tons and the net weight of the unit is 18 tons. Net weight of generator: 7000kg. Electric gate valve: 2000kg. Inlet elbow, draft tube elbow, flywheel cover, draft tube front cone, draft tube and expansion joint: 250kg. Main engine assembly, counterweight device, brake connector (with bolt), brake pad: 5500kg. Flywheel, motor slide rail, heavy hammer mechanism (heavy hammer part), standard box: 2000kg. All packages of Francis turbine units are packed in high-quality wooden cases, and the interior is made of waterproof and antirust vacuum film. Ensure that the device reaches the customer’s port of destination and the product is in good condition. The production was completed at the end of January 2022, and the unit test was carried out on February 10, 2022, including generator operation commissioning and water turbine commissioning. The perfect factory has been packaged and transported to Shanghai port.

In December 2021, Argentine customers visited our production base and highly recognized our production equipment and worker operation skills. They were especially surprised by our factory’s quality management system and customer service system. The customer immediately signed an order for these two Francis turbine generator sets.
